Send each email at the right moment.
Trigger the order confirmation when the order is placed, the receipt when payment is confirmed and the shipping update when tracking changes. Sending from real backend events keeps every email accurate.
Attach the PDF invoice your shop system generates (up to 20 files and 10 MB per email) and include the order number and a clear link to the order page.
One order, one confirmation.
Payment providers and shop platforms sometimes send the same event twice. Use an Idempotency-Key such as order-1042-confirmation and Mailumi sends the email only once, even if your code runs twice.
A genuine update, such as a second parcel, gets its own key and its own email.
Ready for your busiest day.
One order can mean four emails: confirmation, receipt, shipping and delivery. Multiply by your orders per month to choose a plan. Pro includes 50,000 emails for $20 a month and Scale includes 250,000 for $80.
Paid plans keep sending beyond the included volume at a fixed price per 1,000 emails, so a sale weekend never blocks order confirmations. Use Campaigns for promotions to subscribers.

Email for ecommerce: common questions
- Does Mailumi work with Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento?
- Mailumi works with any shop system that can send an HTTPS request, such as a WooCommerce or Magento plugin hook, a custom backend or a Shopify app. Your store sends the order details and Mailumi delivers the email.
- Can I attach invoices?
- Yes. Add up to 20 attachments per email, 10 MB in total, as base64 with a file name and content type.
- Can customers reply to order emails?
- Yes. Set reply_to to your support address, or turn on receiving for a subdomain and have replies delivered to your app as webhooks.
- Should promotions use the same setup?
- Send promotions through Campaigns, only to customers who opted in, and keep order emails on the API so they are never delayed.
